4. www - world wide web
5. lan - local area network
6. ip - internet protocol
7. html - hypertext markup language
8. ielts - international english language testing system
9. toefl - teaching of english as a foreign language
10. gre - graduate record examinations
11. gmat - graduate management admission test
12. sat - now SAT does not stand for anything, hence is an empty acronym
