Priyanka Chopra as BOXING QUEEN MARY KOM in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's NEW FILM

After so many of his blockbusters, now
Sanjay Leela Bhansali is on the move to set world world on fire again. Now, he's coming with a new film based on the life of what should be said about her, Mary Kom. Mary and her husband Onlear Kom came to Mumbai to hold a discussion with Bhansali on the proposed film. "We are very thankful to Bhansali for his sincere vision to make a vision on my life. We hope the proposed film would go a long way to show that the tiny state of Manipur has huge sports potential to the world", said Mary.

Mangte Chungneijang Mary Kom is also known as
Mary Kom (born March 1, 1983). Belonging to the Kom tribal community of the eastern state of Manipur, she is a five-time world boxing champion. She is the pride of India being the only Indian woman boxer to have qualified in the 2012 Summer Olympics, competing in the flyweight (51 kg) and winning a bronze medal. She is now set to teach boxing to Priyanka Chopra.

Priyanka Chopra, also known as Piggy Chops, a leading bollywood actress, will act as Mary Kom in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's new venture. She further twitted on twitter, "Now off to my first meeting with the one and only Mary Kom!!! Dhan tana... Will make her teach me how to wear my boxing gloves!!"

Mary Kom has also given her permission to the film and Priyanka playing her role in the film.
